A hydraulic breaker turns a skid steer loader into a demolition and rock-breaking tool. It is one of the highest-value attachments for contractors working in construction, road maintenance and quarrying.
Breaker sizing is driven by two numbers: carrier operating weight and hydraulic flow. A breaker that is too large for the machine will stall the engine and wear the pump; one that is too small will not break rock efficiently and will be overloaded by the operator trying to compensate.
Can one breaker fit several loader models? Yes, provided machine weight and hydraulic flow fall inside the breaker's rated window. We supply breaker and loader together when possible so the flow is matched at the factory.
What spare parts should I stock? Chisels, tool bushings, and seal kits are the three wear items that stop work. We ship a recommended spares kit with every breaker order.
Breakers require high-flow hydraulics. Confirm your machine's hydraulic flow before ordering — a breaker on a standard-flow machine will underperform badly or not run at all.
All our attachments use the universal quick-attach mounting plate, with standard hydraulic quick couplers — compatible with widely available attachment brands. See our attachments overview for the full range and compatibility guidance.
